Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at info@extraoneshoes.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I check my order status?
You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided once your order is placed. You will receive an additional email with tracking information as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. Please make sure to check Product Descriptions for any estimated ship dates if your product is listed as “PRESALE” as those items will ship at a later date.
When will I receive my items and how can I track delivery?
You can track the status of your orders in your ExtraOne account. You will also be sent an order confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. We do our best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days.
How do I know when my Presale item will be shipping out?
All presale items have estimated ship dates listed in the “Product Description” of their product page. Please keep in mind these dates may change as they are only estimates. Continue to check the product descriptions for updates. Presale orders cannot be canceled, but store credit can be offered if you would like to switch to a different item.
